J Five Holdings was formed in 2011 as a real estate holdings company. Since then, we have grown into a provider of affordable living spaces through our mobile home and RV parks across Texas.

With the rising costs of housing, taxes, and insurance, our goal has remained simple: to create communities that are safe, clean, friendly, and affordable. We believe everyone deserves a place they can proudly call home without sacrificing quality of life.

Today, J Five Holdings owns and operates several parks, including 55 Leasing, River Place, Rose Hill, and Texas 46 RV Park. Each property is carefully managed with a hands-on approach to ensure residents experience comfort, stability, and a sense of belonging.
